Birds of the same feather flock together

The past few days has seen Malaysiakini and The Star web page flooded with traffic. A huge and consistent flow by the Internet savvy caused the servers to slack. Arguably the majority public is up-to-date with the current and highly possibly making virtual sentiment comprehend public perception.

It is safe to say the public put politician highly above our self to guide all of us rather that to take control of us. Yet they fail to understand democracy is when 300 million people choose 1 person to lead not when 3000 chooses 1 person to lead 25 million people or in this case an entourage decides who controls 2 million people.

Evenhandedly BN should be commended for the ability to convince certain opposition to their favor but the virtue of the leader who were brought into BN is much doubted, two faced corruption charges. The public can't help but to wonder the deals that made them switch parties causing catastrophic damage for their former friends.Does birds of the same feather flock together?

Since they managed to secure the state with razor thin margin wouldn’t it be expedient not to get the public confidence first. Similarly PR should call for a snap election if they ever do get control again.

We address the US as a capitalist country yet we practice the same in our own backyard. Evidently the US is trying to change the perception as they might lose control when only the interest of the influential minors is take care. Unfortunately the rate BN is learning from the people, they are looking to be as irrelevant as MIC.

We as a nation supported Badawi when he came into power. The support we provided was historic. We knew he was a noble man, few would deny and many would agree. Unfortunately capitalism plus monopolism prevented execution, and the nation judged.

This time around we did not choose our PM but rather will be given one who appear show willingly extend of the influence and network linked to capitalist and monopolist. Something we had all been fighting against as a nation.

It shows you have power of the influential few but in doing it you have thrown the weight of the important many to the other end.

The outcry of the unpopular move is clear and being ignorant will strike all out in 4 years. Most significantly the effect of BN losing mandate will create a stronger PR which in turn will balance of both. A new era will emerge with two equally powerfully party capable of ruling a democratic nation only when it performs to the highest level of integrity with noble intention to serve the people with no prejudice.
